Staff training is a key requirement for your firm to meet AML compliance. Our education functionality makes it simple for all staff in your account to complete their education from inside Firmcheck, and for progress and records to be easily managed by your MLRO.
‼️ To give your team access to AML training and the education portal in Firmcheck, you’ll first need to add them as staff members. This links them to your firm’s account and ensures their training progress is visible to your MLRO.
🔒 Important: Make sure your team doesn’t sign up for a freemium account. If they do, you won’t be able to track their education records within your firm’s dashboard.
How it works: What all staff see
Go to the "Education" page from the main menu.
The top section shows your training progress as "Not yet completed".
Below that are the AML videos to watch (more coming soon).
On completion of the video, your training progress will show as completed, and a certificate will be generated with your CPD credits.
What MLRO's see
In addition to being able to complete their own AML training, MLRO's get a view of what education all staff across their firm have completed over time.
