The Firm Settings section allows you to manage key areas of your Firmcheck account. Your firm settings are accessible from the drop-down in the top right of the screen.

Here's a breakdown of what you can control:

  • General: Assign your firm's MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer).

  • Staff: Add relevant staff who need access to Firmcheck and assign them appropriate roles and access levels. For more information on adding staff, click here.

    • Has administration access = which allows access to Firmcheck billing,

    • Is a firm partner = can be assigned clients as a partner,

    • Is a client manager = can be assigned clients as their manager,

    • Can review submitted AML determinations = can review clients to complete the AML workflow

  • Services: Define the services your firm provides. These will be reflected in client risk assessments. For more information about firm services, click here.

  • Business Units: Organise your clients and staff by setting up business units to reflect your firm’s structure.

  • Firm Policy: Upload and manage your Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policies, Controls, and Procedures document.

  • Client Risk Assessments: View and manage the risk assessment settings that apply to your clients.
