‼️ Only clients can be archived in Firmcheck, people and organisations cannot currently be archived.
1️⃣: Go to the "Clients" tab,
2️⃣: Click the three dots next to the client’s name.
3️⃣: Select "Edit Client."
4️⃣: Scroll down to the "Client Status" section and change it to "Archived," then save the change.
Archiving a client means you won’t be charged for them going forward. If you prefer to remove a client entirely, you can select "Delete Client" by following the same steps. Just be sure this aligns with your accounting body’s policies before proceeding.
