To archive a client, whether it’s an organisation, individual or sole trader follow these steps:
Go to the "Clients" tab.
Click the three dots next to the client’s name.
Select "Edit Client."
Scroll down to the "Client Status" section and change it to "Archived," then save the change.
Archiving a client means you won’t be charged for them going forward. If you prefer to remove a client entirely, you can select "Delete Client" by following the same steps. Just be sure this aligns with your accounting body’s policies before proceeding.
