You can upload documents, separate from more specific Firmcheck AML or CDD steps. This allows you to have a central place for all documents related to your client
Uploading documents (Upload files)
1. Document source
You can upload one or multiple documents into the document repository by clicking Add document.
Then search for (or drag and drop) the document into the upload screen.
Just so you know - Documents cannot be dragged directly from an email attachment, to upload a document successfully it must first be saved to your computer's hard drive.
2. Document details
If you upload 1 document, you will have the ability to update the title of the document
However, when adding multiple documents the following commentary is displayed.
Click Create to add the document(s) to Firmcheck.
Once added, the documents appear as below within the entity. If you click on the document, a pop-up will appear allowing you to preview the document without having to download it.
Uploading documents (external link)
1. Document source
Copy and paste the external link into the dialogue box
2. Document details
The title of the document will need to be updated with the appropriate commentary
Click Create to add the external link document to Firmcheck.
Once added, the document appears as below within the entity. If you click on the document, this will open a new window directly into the folder.
