Managing Duplicate Records

Duplicates may appear if two records have been added for the same client. How you handle this depends on whether verifications have been completed on one or both records.

We recommend starting by deleting the record where no verifications have been carried out. This will help keep your client data clean and prevent any confusion going forward.

1️⃣ Navigate to the Clients tab.


2️⃣ Search for the client with duplicate records.


3️⃣ On the right-hand side, click the three dots next to the client’s name and select "Delete Client."


4️⃣ A pop-up will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete this client?"

💡 Note: If you’ve completed verifications for the client, we recommend archiving them instead of deleting. This ensures you retain important AML records.
