Individuals may have connections to multiple organisations in Firmcheck.
You might notice the term "connections" appearing next to some individuals' names. Connections indicate that the person may be linked to another client in Firmcheck. This helps you avoid creating duplicates by showing that the individual is already in the system.
When you complete ID verification for a connection tied to multiple organisations, the verification will automatically attach to their profile and be reflected across all the organisations’ AML checks.
