Firmcheck offers four types of data exports to help your firm meet its reporting and compliance requirements. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of client and internal verification activity and are easily accessible from the platform.
CDD Status Report
This report includes a full list of all clients, along with a summary of their most recent AML Customer Due Diligence (CDD) report. It also includes the current client risk assessment.
CDD Summary Report
Provides a high-level summary of CDD information across all clients, offering a quick overview of compliance status and risk distribution.
Verification Report
Lists all individuals in your Firmcheck account and includes details of their associated identity verification status and results.
Billing Items Report
Shows billable items linked to each client, such as advanced ID checks or other usage-based charges. This report can support billing reviews and reconciliation.
To access these reports:
Navigate to the Clients tab in the top menu.
Select Clients from the dropdown (if not already on that page).
Click on Actions in the top-right corner.
Choose Export Data from the dropdown menu.
Select the report type you want to download.
Each export will generate a CSV file that can be opened in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet tool for further analysis.
