For additional details on essential ID checks, refer to this document
1️⃣: Navigate to the client you would like to perform the check on, and select 'Open AML' ,
2️⃣: From the new window, navigate to the verifications tab, and select the drop-down if the ID verification options are not visible,
3️⃣: Under electronic checks, select the option, Essential ID check,
4️⃣: Firmcheck may prompt you to add additional information on the client that's missing and required to run the check, enter this information, and then click, 'Run check',
5️⃣: Once the check is completed and the results have been returned, you'll see green ticks against the various fields indicating successful verification,
6️⃣: Once the verifications have been completed, you can update the status of the verification tab by selecting the status from the dropdown menu,
7️⃣: Save the changes, and a date stamp will appear to confirm completion.
